Returns & Exchanges

Not sure if the Release N Run will work for you and your dog, but want to give it a try? No problem! We will fully refund any returned collar that is undamaged, clean and free of hair or fur. We suggest using packing tape to remove any fur, and a rinse in the sink plus light scrubbing from a wet dishcloth, to remove any dirty spots on the collar. We don't nitpick with the cleaning to try to keep your money, but we may deduct a couple dollars from your refund if we have to clean it ourselves to make it "re-sellable".

If you do wish to return or exchange a product, please email us at info@myraddog.com, and we will provide you with instructions. If you are exchanging a product, we will ship the new product back to you at no cost.

Guarantee & Warranty

Guarantee: . If you are not satisfied with one of our products please contact us for repair, replacement, or refund of your product.

Warranty: We stand behind all of our products, so if you experience a manufacturer’s defect or other issue, we will be happy to exchange or repair your product. Our warranty does not cover misuse that results in a compromised product, nor does it cover normal wear and tear.

Repairs: If your product has been damaged through misuse or just normal wear and tear, we can repair your product at a fair price. Just contact us for pricing and details on how to get it to us.
